摘  要:目的研究K252a对大脑中动脉栓塞导致的大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型的作用。方法成年雄性SD大鼠,随机分为K252a组、溶剂对照组、手术组和假手术组,采用大脑中动脉栓塞法建立局灶性脑缺血模型,于造模前30min分别侧脑室注射K252a、溶剂或不予处理,造模前和复灌后24h分别进行行为学评分,动物处死后进行TTC染色,计算梗死体积百分比。结果K252a能够改善大鼠的行为,减少梗死体积。结论K252a对局灶性脑缺血导致的损伤具有保护作用。Objective To evaluate the neuroprotective effects of K252a on focal cerebral ischemia induced by arterial embolism in rats. Methods Adult male SD rats were randomly divided into the following groups: a K252a group, a solvent control group, an operation group and a sham operation group. A rat model of focal cerebral isehemia was established through middle cerebral artery occlusion. These animals were intracerebroventrieularly injected with K252a or the solvent, or not treated 30 minutes before establishment of the model. Their behavioral scores were evaluated before and 24 hours after reperfusion. The brains were harvested after sacrifice and sampled for TTC staining to calculate the percentage of infarction volume. Results K252a could significantly improve rat behaviors and reduce infraction volumes. Conclusion K252a shows neuroprotective effects on focal ischemic injury.
