摘　　要：以校企间的互动模式为切入点,是土木工程专业教学改革的一个重要切入点。具体而言,就是要以人的发展为原则,以企业需求为导向,在知识互通中奠定工程实践的基础,在文化互动中培育学生的文化认同,在人格互塑中实现学生的个性发展,从而发扬兴趣、形成个性、激发潜能,实现良性发展,培养适应创新型人才需求的土木工程类卓越工程师。The model of interaction between the school and enterprise is an important breakthrough point on the reform of teaching civil engineering as a major. Generally speaking, the teacher should take the development of people as the principle and the requirements of enterprise as the guidance in the teaching. Building the foundation of engineering practice through the knowledge exchange, cultivating the students＇ cultural identity through the cultural interaction and developing the students＇ personality through the mutual influence, the teacher can develop the students＇ interest, personality and potential to cultivate the excellent civil engineers who meet the requirements of the innovative talents.
