摘　　要：为提高雷达改装训练质量和效益,根据系统设计理论与方法,分析了雷达改装训练需求、目标、内容和策略.在构建主义学习理论和主题教学方法理论基础上,从作战需求角度,提出了以作战效能为主题的雷达改装训练方法,为创新雷达改装训练模式提供了参考.To improve the quality and efficiency of radar modification training, this article analyzes the requirements, goals, contents and strategies for the training. On the theoretical basis of the constructivism learning and subject teaching methods, this article puts forward a method of radar modification training based on the operational effectiveness, from the perspective of operational requirements, thus providing a reference for innovating the mode of radar modification training.
