基于团队的“导学教学法”在有机化学中的实践与思考

摘　　要：在医科大学有机化学教学中采用基于团队的“导学教学法”，教师精心进行教学设计，系统编写导学提纲。根据导学提纲，导引学生自主进行资料的准备、课前的讨论、完成形成性评价的记录、进行课上的讲解和习题的解答，从而达到提升学生自主学习能力的目的。This paper introduced the team-based guiding teaching method of organic chemis- try in medical universities that required teachers to eleborately design their teaching and systematically compile guiding outline. According to the guiding outline, teachers should guide students to complete the procedures in the form of team-based teaching method such as material preparation, before-class discussions, formative evaluation records, in-class explanation and exercise solution, so as to enhance students＇ ability of autonomous learning.
