摘　　要：基于中国最低工资调整和制造业人工成本变动事实,通过最低工资与企业人工成本关联机制的理论分析,运用中国工业企业数据库的横截面数据,对最低工资调整的影响程度进行了实证考察,并针对完善最低工资调整提出政策建议。Based on the fact that minimum wage adjustment and labor costs change of manufacturing industry, and the theoretical analysis on relationship of the minimum wage and labor costs, we used the cross section data of China＇s Industrial Enterprises Database, and found that the impact of the minimum wage adjustment, and put forward policy recommendations to improve the minimum wage adjustment.
