针刺足三里及合谷穴辅助治疗脓毒症临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺足三里及合谷穴辅助治疗脓毒症的临床疗效。方法将70例脓毒症患者随机平分为治疗组和对照组（n=35）。两组患者均给予常规抗脓毒症治疗，治疗组另采用电针针刺双侧足三里及合谷穴，每次20min，每天2次。观察治疗前后患者临床体征及监测指标的变化。结果①治疗72h后治疗组显效24例，有效7例，无效4例，总有效率为88．57％；对照组显效18例，有效7例，无效10例，总有效率为71．42％，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。②两组治疗72h后APACHEII评分、乳酸（Lac）、氧合指数（PaO2／Fi02）、血肌酐（SCr）均明显改善，治疗组改善程度更为显著（P均〈0．05）。结论针刺足三里及合谷穴辅助治疗脓毒症疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture point at Zusanli and Hegu in adjuvant treatment of sepsis. Methods Seventy cases of septic patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 35 cases. Two groups of patients were given conventional anti - sepsis treatment, the treatment group was treated by electroacupunctttre on acupoint Zusanli and Hegu, 20 minutes each time, twice a day. Changes in patients with clinical signs and monitoring indexes were observed before and after treatment. Results （1）72 h later, 24 cases in the treatment group had good effectives, 7 cases were effective, 4 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 88.57% ,while in control group 18 cases had good effectives, 7 cases were effective, 10 cases invalid, the total efficiency was 71.42%, the two group total efficiency comparisons have statistics significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. （2）After 72 h treatment, the APACHE II score, lactic acid, oxygenation index and SCr were improved significantly in both groups, the improvement of treatment group was more significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupuncture at Zusanli and Hegn in sepsis is precisely.
