摘　　要：混凝是农村水厂常规工艺的首要环节,也是农村水厂改造中的关键单元,絮凝剂投加控制和混凝状况直接影响后续工艺和制水成本。智能混凝设备由变速泵搅拌溶解絮凝剂,虹吸装置自动智能投加药剂,配合管道混合器和水力絮凝池实现混凝高效率。利用智能混凝设备对四川省乐至县五墩桥集中供水站进行了改造。运行结果表明,该工艺设备可提高絮凝剂使用效率,减少人工操作,并显著提高出水水质。Coagulation is the most important part of the rural waterworks conventional processes,but also the transformation of the rural waterworks key unit,flocculant dosing control and direct impact on the coagulation process and the subsequent cost of water; intelligent coagulation device by a variable speed pump with stirring to dissolve the flocculation agents,siphon automatic intelligent dosing agent,with the tube mixer and hydraulic flocculation coagulation achieve high efficiency,the use of intelligent coagulation equipment to Sichuan Province Lezhi five bridge piers centralized water supply station has been transformed,the results showed that the process equipment flocculants can improve efficiency,reduce manual operations,and significantly improve the water quality.
