摘 要:网络组织间的关系冲突伴随企业合作与发展的全部过程,冲突管理能力直接影响着企业关系合作质量。文章通过对8个战略网络187家企业的问卷调研和深度访谈,从关系资本要素错配的全新理论视角对造成组织间关系冲突的诱因和机理进行了全面解释。研究发现,组织关系资本的动态匹配直接影响企业的竞争与成长模式,组织关系资本要素的错配也是导致企业关系合作冲突和约束的主要诱因,不同关系要素的错配引发不同类型的关系冲突。文章以关系资本要素整合模型为基础,构建了组织关系冲突综合理论解释框架,对网络经济时代组织间关系冲突提供了一个全新的解释。The inter-organizational relationship conflict is full of the whole process of enterprises' cooperation and development, and the eonfliet management capability directly affects the quality of the cooperation. This paper made a comprehensive explanation to the cause and mechanism of the inter-organizational relationship conflict from the perspective of relationship capital elements mismatch through survey and deep interview of 187 companies from eight strategic networks. The results show that the dynamic matching of the organization relationship capital has direct influence on the enterprise competition and growth mode, hut the mismatch of the organization relationship capital elements is the main cause of inter-organizational conflict and constraints ; the mismatch of different relationship elements lead to different types of relationship conflicts. This paper uses the capital elements integration model to build the integrated theoretical framework of inter-organizational relationship conflict and provides a new explanation of inter-organizational relationship conflict in the network economy era.
