云南石仙桃辅助化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨云南石仙桃辅助化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法将120例经病理检查确诊的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为对照组40例和治疗A组40例、治疗B组40例。对照组采用标准的GP方案进行化疗,3~4周为1个治疗周期,共进行2个周期的治疗;治疗A组及B组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用云南石仙桃进行治疗,也进行2个周期的治疗。治疗后分别观察比较两组的近期疗效、中医临床主要证候变化及化疗毒副反应情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗A组及B组完全缓解率、部分缓解率分别为：12.5%、30.0%和25.0%、45.0%及22.5%、42.5%,并且治疗A组、B组及对照组结果存在明显差异（P〈0.05）。在改善临床症状,提高患者生存质量,减轻化疗毒副反应方面,治疗A组及B组比对照组更明显。结论针对晚期非小细胞肺癌,采用化疗结合云南石仙桃辅助治疗的方法明显优于单纯的化疗。Objective To study the adjuvant chemotherapy therapeutic effect of Pholidota yunnanensis Rolfe in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods 120 cases diagnosed by pathological examination of advanced NSCLC patients were randomly divided into control group （40 case） , treatment group A （40 case） and treatment group B （40 case）. The control group was treated by 3 cycles of GP standard chemotherapy, each cycle was 3 ~ 4 weeks, and the treatment continued two cycles. The group A and the group B were treated with Pholidota yunnanensis Rolfe as adjuvant therapy base on the therapeutic plan of the control group, and the treatment also continued two cycles. The short-term therapeutically effect, main traditional Chinese medicine clinical syndrome and chemotherapy toxicity were observed after the treatment. Results After treatment, the complete response rate and the partial response rate of the control group, group A and group B was 12.5% , 30. 0% , 25.0 % , 45.0% and 22.5% , 42.5% , respectively （P 〈0. 05）. The group A and group B were better than the control group in respects of improving clinical symptoms and the quality of survival, and reducing the adverse reaction of chemotherapy. Conclusions For the treatment of advanced NSCLC, the use of chemotherapy combined with Pholidota yunnanensis Rolfe adjuvant treatment method was superior to pure chemotherapy.
