摘  要:衰老是人体生、长、壮、老、已不可避免的过程,是不可违背的自然规律。人口老龄化已是不争的事实,与衰老相关的退行性疾病已是当前亟待解决的重要课题。21世纪是生命科学的世纪,分子生物学技术飞速发展,神经干细胞的研究日益深入,为神经系统退行性疾病的治疗和干预提供了新思路和新途径。肾虚衰老是中医理论中影响较大的学说之一,补肾中药在促进神经干细胞增殖与分化方面显示出其独特的优势,但其研究还不够深入,仍需广大临床和科研工作者进行探索。本文依据中医肾虚衰老理论,从现代医学角度浅析神经干细胞增殖、分化与中医药延缓肾虚衰老理论之相关性,从而为中医药延缓衰老学说增加新认识。Aging is an inevitable process of one' s birth, growth, anosia, old and die. Natural aging is the law of nature that can' t be violated. Population aging is the fact that does not to dispute, and age-related degenerative disease is the current important issue to be solved. The 21st century is the era of science, molecular biology developed rapidly, and the increasingly in-depth study of neural stem cells provides new ideas and new ways for the treatment and intervention of nervous system degenerative disease. Aging due to kidney deficiency is one of the most influential of the traditional Chinese medicine theory. Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney showed its unique advantages in promoting differentiation and proliferation of neural stem cell, but it is not enough in-depth, and still need further research. This paper not only explained the theoretical character of aging due to kidney deficiency according to the aging due to kidney deficiency theory, also analyzed the correlation between proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells and the traditional Chinese medicine in delaying the aging due to kidney deficiency theory from the angle of modern medicine, thus to add new understanding for traditional Chinese medicine of delaying aging.
