摘  要:针对心律失常及其心电图理论教学中遇到的教与学两难问题,尝试将临床心脏三维电生理标测图应用于心律失常及其心电图理论教学中。通过建立清晰的心电时空观,来解释正常及部分异常心律形成及传导障碍的内在机制,同时结合心电图产生基本机理,去认识和理解各种心律失常心电图。该方法可直观、形象地阐述心律失常产生机制,帮助学生形成良好的电—传导时空思维模式,并在理解机理的基础上使学生迅速具备心律失常心电图的分析能力和阅图能力。应用三维电生理标测图是一种有效的辅助心律失常及其心电图理论教学方法,具有直观易懂的教学效果,值得在教学中推广。In view of the problem in teaching and studying arrhythmia and electrocardiogram theory, we introduced three-dimensional electrophysiological mapping of the heart to arrhythmia and electrocardiogram theory teaching. By establishing the electrocardio time-space view, we explained the mechanisms of normal heart rhythm, formation of arrhythmia and conduction disorder, and helped students understand electrocardiograms of various types of arrhythmia by using the basic mechanism of electrocardiogram generation. This method can directly and vividly expounds on the mechanism of arrhythmia, help students develop a good model of electrocardio time-space view, and rapidly acquire skills in analyzing and interpreting arrhythmia electrocardiograms. Applying three-dimensional electrophysiological mapping is an effective method that assists teaching of arrhythmia and electrocardiogram theory, which is direct and easy for students to understand. Therefore, it is worthy of promotion in teaching.
