摘　　要：目的基于信息技术实现医院围手术期抗菌药物管理中的用药安全和监测,改进传统管理模式中所存在的诸多问题。方法根据相关政策制定相应的抗菌药物监控指标,实现术前控制用药、术中限制用药和术后延续用药的要求,控制医院院内感染发生率。结果实施信息技术手段控制围手术期抗菌药物后,其抗菌药物使用基本符合规范,医院的院内感染发生率显著下降,基本实现信息化监控的功能。结论围手术期抗菌药物使用实施信息化管理,能达到实时监控,事半功倍的效果。Objective To realize the safety and monitoring of perioperative antibacterial medication based on information technology and to solve the problems with the traditional management pattern. Methods We made some monitoring indexes according to the related policies in order to control medication before operation, restrict medication during operation, and continue medication after operation. Most importantly, we aimed to control the incidence of hospital infection. Results With the aid of information technology, we were able to standardize antibacterial medication, reduce the infection rate significantly, and realize the function of information-based monitoring. Conclusion The safety of perioperative antibacterial medication can be monitored real time with the help of information-based management. In the end, we have received twice the result with half efforts.
