摘 要:目的探讨改进型教学模式在口腔专业本科生毕业综合实习临床带教的应用效果。方法将22名实习医师随机分为2组:11名为标准组施以标准型带教模式进行带教,另外11名为改进组,按改进型带教模式进行带教;一方面对比2组学生入科成绩和出科成绩,另一方面对比患者对2组实习生满意度。结果改进组学生的出科成绩与标准组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),患者满意度调查结果显示,改进组与标准组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改进型带教模式的应用有利于培养学生的综合能力。Objective To explore the effects of the improved teaching pattern in pre-graduation comprehensive clinical practice training for stomatological undergraduates. Methods We randomly divided 22 undergraduate trainees into two groups. Eleven of them in the standard teaching pattern group were instructed according to the traditional practice guidance and teaching mode. Another 11 in the improved teaching pattern group were instructed according to the improved practice guidance and teaching mode. We compared the examination scores between the two groups before and after the training and the patients" satisfaction of the interns through questionnaires. Results The undergraduate trainees in the improved teaching pattern group significantly outperformed those in the standard group (P 〈 0.01 ). The patients" overall satisfaction was also significantly higher in the improved teaching pattern group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The application of the improved teaching pattern can help cultivate the compre- hensive ability of undergraduate students.
