摘 要:汽车再制造是汽车工业发展循环经济、走可持续发展道路的一个重要技术途径。而再制造企业技术体系的完整性直接影响再制造技术的发展,进而直接影响国内再制造行业的发展。基于我国汽车再制造企业发展的不确定性和模糊性,运用模糊AHP建立模糊判断矩阵;分别对汽车原始设备再制造企业和独立再制造企业的关键技术重要度进行评估;综合2种企业技术体系的研究结论,得出影响汽车再制造企业发展的关键技术,总结技术体系的关键影响因素。研究表明:可再制造性设计、市场策略、修复技术、拆解技术和清洗技术为影响汽车再制造企业发展的关键技术。Automotive remanufacturing is an important technical way to develop the circular economy and take the path of sustainable development in the automotive industry. The integrity of remanufacturing technology system affects the development of remanufacturing technology and the development of domestic remanufacturing industry directly. The fuzzy judgment matrix was established using fuzzy AHP based on the uncertainty and ambiguity of China's automotive remanufacturing business development. The importance of key technologies about automotive original equipment remanufacturing and independent remanufacturing business was evaluated,respectively. Based on the conclusions on the two enterprise technology systems,the key technologies which affect the development of automotive remanufacturing business were obtained,and the key factors of technology system were summarized. The results showed that the remanufacturing design,market strategy,repair technology,and dismantling and cleaning technology are the key technology affecting the development of automotive remanufacturing enterprise.
