颌骨囊肿袋形术治疗牙源性颌骨囊肿35例

摘　　要：目的:探讨颌骨囊肿袋形术治疗牙源性颌骨囊肿的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2011年6月至2014年6月期间来治疗的牙源性颌骨囊肿患者70例进行研究,利用分组软件随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组给予传统颌骨囊刮治术治疗,观察组行颌骨囊肿袋形术治疗,比较观察两组临床效果。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后严重疼痛、术后感染情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对治疗的满意率为97%,对照组为77%,两组存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对牙源性颌骨囊肿患者使用颌骨囊肿袋形术进行治疗可将术中疼痛、出血量有效减少,疗效显著,可推广运用。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of jaw cyst marsupialization in treatment of odontogenic jaw cysts.Methods:70cases of patients with odontogenic jaw cysts had been selected from June 2011 to June2014and randomly divided into two groups by packet software:the observation group and the control group,35 cases in each.The patients in the control group had been treated with traditional jaw cyst curettage,jaw cyst marsupialization in the observation group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups had been observed and compared.Results:There was statistically significant difference between two groups concerning the operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative severe pain and postoperative infection(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97%,the control group 78%.Conclusion:Jaw cyst marsupialization for patients with odontogenic jaw cysts can reduce intraoperative pain and bleeding volume with the remarkable curative effect,which is worth promoting.
