摘　　要：高度近视白内障是常见眼科疾病,与常规白内障手术相比,由于其特殊的眼球结构,不仅术前眼球生物测量及晶体屈光度设计难度增大,而且手术难度加大,手术风险升高,患者常不能得到较为满意的术后视觉质量。通过选择合适的测量手段精确测量眼球相关生物学参数、个性化选择人工晶体、选择合适的手术方式能够有效提高高度近视白内障患者的术后视觉质量,并且能够有效降低手术风险。High myopia cataract is a common disease in department of ophthalmology, with a higher risk in cataract surgery for its special eye structures. It is more difficult to make the preoprative measure and design the postoprative refraction. By measuring the biological parameters of eyes accurately, choosing the proper intraocular lens before operation and using proper surgical techniques, patients can receive the best postoperative visual quality, and the cataract surgery will be much safer.
