摘　　要：目的：分析非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）患者的不同死亡原因及其影响因素，为临床工作提供参考。方法回顾性分析了2004年1月～2014年12月期间，在大连医科大学附属第二医院因NHL死亡的患者，共计76例。通过对相关临床资料的统计，总结死亡原因。针对死亡原因与研究因素进行单因素分析，将单因素分析中有统计学差异的纳入logistic行多因素分析，以确定最终与死因有关的危险因素。结果 Ann Arbor分期Ⅳ期和B症状是脏器功能衰竭为死亡原因的独立危险因素。合并糖尿病及原发于淋巴结内是感染为死亡原因的独立危险因素。结论治疗前应对NHL患者进行正确评估，重视与死亡相关的各种高危因素，进一步改善患者预后。Objective To analyze the different causesofdeath and influencing factors for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma （NHL） in order to provide reference for clinicalpractice.MethodsClinical data of76 patients who diedof NHL inour hospital from January2004 to December2014were collectedand retrospectivelyanalyzed tosummarize the causesofdeath.Univariate analysis was performed to estimatesingle-factorbased on cause of death, and the obtainedrelated factors further underwent multivariate logistic analysis.ResultsAnn ArborⅣ phase and B symptomswere the independent risk factors for the organ failureinduceddeath. The combined diabetes and primary lymph nodes tumorwere the independent risk factors for the infectioninduceddeath.Conclusion NHLpatients should be properly evaluated before the treatment.Attention should be paid tohigh-risk factors related to death inorder to improve the prognosis.
