摘　　要：党员、干部作风问题至关重要,作风建设是实现学校科学发展、和谐发展的重要保障。作风建设务虚必要,但务实更重要。高校落实作风建设要以"抓做事"为突破口,以"唯实、唯细、唯效"为目标,以"问责、问效"为手段,培育党员、干部想干事、肯干事、能干事、干成事、不出事的态度和能力,力求以作风建设的新成效,凝聚起推动高校事业发展的强大力量。The work style of Party members and cadres is very important. It is the vital guarantee to realize the scientific and harmonious development of college. The construction of work style is focused on the work ＂as the breakthrough point＂, ＂realistic, fine and effective as the goal, ＂accountability and effect ＂as the means to cultivate the Party members and cadres＂ attitudes and abilities to want to and are able to and manage to work and strive to gather the nowerful force for promoting the development of colleges and universities.
