技能型紧缺人才培养体系的研究

摘　　要：随着我国经济的高速发展,社会热点不断出现及快速转换,导致一些行业技能型人才出现紧缺。文章分析了技能型紧缺人才形成的原因并进行了分类,提出了解决技能型人才紧缺的有效途径及如何建立系统的培养体系,包括人才评价体系及预警机制。With the rapid economic development in our country, the social hot spots emerge uninterruptedly and change quickly, which results in shortage of skill-oriented talents. This article analyzes the reasons of the shortage and classifies them, puts forward new ways and methods to cultivate badly-needed skill-oriented talents,and describes how to build the training system including the evaluation and early warning mechanism of skilled talents.
