DMC用量对阳离子丙烯酸树脂乳液及涂膜性能的影响

摘  要:以DMC作为阳离子单体,与甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯共聚合成了阳离子丙烯酸树脂涂饰剂.以粒径、沉淀量、粘度及涂膜吸水率和抗菌性能为考察指标,探讨了阳离子单体DMC用量对丙烯酸树脂乳液及涂膜基本性能的影响.结果表明:随着DMC用量的增加,乳液平均粒径逐步减小,超过5%以后趋于平稳;乳液稳定性、粘度、涂膜吸水率增加.经抗菌性测试,涂膜具有一定的抗菌性,并且随着DMC用量的增加,抑菌圈直径增大,涂膜抗菌性能增加;DMC用量超过6%(对聚合单体质量)后,抑菌圈直径增加不再明显,在用量达到8%时抑菌效果最好.Cationic acrylic resin finishing agent was synthesized by copolymerization using DMC as cationic monomer with methyl methacrylate, butyl methacrylate and styrene. The effect of DMC dosage on acrylic resin emulsion and the performance of the film were studied taking particle size, precipitation volume, viscosity, film water adsorption rate and antibacterial properties as the indexes. The results showed that the average particle size of emulsion decreased with the increase of DMC, and stabilized gradually when the dosage of DMC was adove 5%. And the stability, viscosity, film water adsorption rate increased with the increase of DMC. It was proved that the film had antibacterial properties through test. The inhibition zone diameter increased with the increase of DMC, and had no significant increase when the dosage of DMC was above 6%(on the mass of monomer) and the antibacterial properties was the best when DMC dosage was 8%.
