摘  要:目的:利用锥形束CT(CBCT)了解鼻腭管的正常解剖形态并进行分类。方法:选取华西口腔医院放射科289例CBCT影像资料,对鼻腭管解剖形态进行分析。结果:CBCT矢状面图像中鼻腭管呈管型者最多见(103例,35.64%);水平面图像中,切牙孔无骨突型者最多(154例,53.29%),中段孔也是无骨突型者最多(138例47.75%),鼻腭孔骨突型者最多(160例,55.36%);冠状面分支为单管型者最常见(204例,70.59%)。结论:正常鼻腭管形态多种多样,利用CBCT对其进行详细而准确的术前分析,为前牙区手术提供重要信息,避免手术损伤鼻腭管。Objective: Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) was used to analyze and assess anatomical varia- tions and morphology features of nasopalatine canal. It provided valuable information for dental implant surgery of anterior maxilla regions, as well as diagnosis of nasopalatine canal cyst. Method: Two hundred and eighty-nine CBCT images were randomly selected from the database of the department of oral radiology, West China Hospital of Stomatology. All the CBCT images were carefully analyzed and classified. Result:The most prevalent type on sagittal images was cylindrical shape (103,35.64 %):on axial images, none bony crest was the most prevalent among incisive foramen (154, 53.29 %) and middle foramen (138,47.75 % );bony crest (160,55.36 % ) was the most prevalent in nasopalatine foramina:single canal (204, 70.59%) was the most common in coronal images. Conclusion: Nasopalatine canal shows highly anatomical variations. A clearly analysis with CBCT before surgery in anterior maxilla region is helpful in providing necessary information for den- tal implant surgery. It helps doctors avoid damaging nerves and vessels in nasopalatine during the surgery.
