牙周治疗对种植体周围炎龈沟液HMGB1浓度的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察牙周治疗前后种植体周围炎龈沟液高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)的含量变化和临床意义。方法:随机选取50例种植体周围炎患者和50例种植后无种植体周围炎患者,在牙周洁治前、洁治后、龈下刮治后分别提取种植体周围龈沟液,采用ELISA法对比研究龈沟液中HMGB1浓度水平的变化。结果:种植体周围炎患者龈沟液HMGB1含量较高,刮治后龈沟液HMGB1浓度和健康种植体龈沟液HMGB1浓度相近,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:HMGB1是参与种植体周围炎的重要炎性因子。Objective：To investigate HMGB1 level in the peri implantitis gingival crevicular fluid and its clinical significance. Method： Randomly choose 50 cases of patients with peri implantitis and 50 cases without peri implantitis in patients, extracting peri implant crevicular fluid before scaling, after supragingival scaling and subgingival curettage.using the comparative research method of ELISA to determine fluid changes of HMGB1 level. Result： the peri implant gingival crevic- ular fluid of patients with high concentration of HMGB 1, and close to normal level after treatment with statistical significance （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： HMGB 1 is an important inflammatory factor of peri implantitis.
