摘　　要：随着生活水平的提高,旅游已经成为人们日常生活的一部分,旅游行为已经开始向常态化、大众化方向发展。少数民族地区因为有自身独特的文化资源而成为旅游的热点区域,这极大地推动了当地的经济社会发展。与此同时,旅游业的发展也给少数民族地区的文化带来了正负两个方面的效应。从人类学、社会学等角度去分析这些负面影响的成因,有利于帮助少数民族地区在发展旅游业的同时规避这种负面影响,实现正面效应的最大化。在此从"利益驱动"的设计来寻求民族地区文化保护与旅游开发兼顾的发展模式。With the improvement of living standards,tourism has become a part of everyday life,travel behavior has begun to normal,popular direction. Because minority region has its own unique cultural resources and tourism has become a hot area,which greatly promoted the local economic and social development. At the same time,the development of tourism to cultural minorities also brought both positive and negative aspects of the effect. Causes from anthropology, sociology perspectives to analyze these negative impacts could help in the development of ethnic minority areas of tourism avoid this negative impact and maximize the positive effects.
