摘 要:青霉素是世界上最早应用于临床治疗的β-内酰胺类药物,目前仍被广泛应用。产黄青霉(P.Chrysogenum)是青霉素的生产菌,其合成和调控机制已经研究得比较完善,但在其蛋白质组学方面的研究起步较晚且相对较少。本文综述了青霉素的合成与应用,以及产黄青霉的改造及其蛋白质组学的研究进展。在此基础上,重点介绍了蛋白质组学对于研究菌株蛋白表达的优势。Penicillin is a kind of β-lactam drug which has been applied in the clinical treatment firstly in the world, and it has still been widely used at present. The synthesis and regulation mechanism of Peniciillium chrysogenuzn, which is used to produce penicillin, has been studied quite maturely, but its proteomics research started relatively late and fewer reports were published. This paper reviews the synthesis and application of penicillin, transformation of Penicillium chrysogenum, and the research progress of its proteomics. On this basis, the study highlights the advantages of proteomics in the research of protein expression.
