摘 要:针对传统简易吊具通用性差、安全性差、结构复杂、生产效率低等问题,结合企业需求提出汽车顶盖气动助力吊具总体设计方案,其具有两大特点:高度柔性化,可实现四种型号汽车顶盖的通用性;设置二次保护臂,安全可靠。基于CATIA三维建模及装配分析,详细介绍了由吸吊机构和行走机构组成的吊具机械本体结构及其功能。分析吊具气动系统工作原理,说明真空吸盘布置形式。最后对真空吸盘尺寸进行理论校核,结果表明其满足设计要求。Aiming at traditional simple sling' various defects which were poor adaptability and safety, complex structure, low productivity, with a certain enterprise's needs, the overall design of a new pneumatic spreader for transporting car roofs was proposed, which had two characteristics: high flexibility, so four kinds of car roofs can share it; with four protection arms, safe and reliable. Based on CATIA 3D modeling and assembly analysis, introduced the spreader's mechanical structure and functions, which contents suction hanging institutions and walking mechanism. Analysed of pneumatic system's working principle, explained decoration form of the vacuum cups. Finally, checked for the side of vacuum cups, which shows it meets the design requirements.
