Enterprises' Performance Evaluation Based on PCA-Rough Set Theory from the View of Innovation-Driven——Based on the Data of Listed Firms of Strategic Emerging Industries

摘　　要：本文以国内战略性新兴产业上市公司为样本,从创新驱动的角度构建了企业绩效影响因素的评价指标体系,并运用主成分——粗糙集方法进行评价分析。结论表明:研发投入强度、投入资本回报率和市场结构是核心影响因素;技术创新是创新驱动绩效的关键;管理创新是创新驱动绩效的基础;外部创新环境是创新驱动绩效的保障;企业绩效的提高需要技术创新、管理创新和外部创新环境的平衡与协同。Taking listed firms on domestic strategic emerging industries as samples,this paper established an evaluation index system on influence factor of enterprises＇ performance and got the key factors based on PCA-Rough set theory.The results showed that：（1）the RD intensity,return of investment capital and market structure were core influence factors;（2）technology innovation was the key of innovation-driven performance;（3）management innovation was the basis of innovation-driven performance;（4）external innovation environment was the protection of innovation-driven performance;（5）the improvement of enterprises＇ performance needed equilibrium and coordination among technology innovation,management innovation and external innovation environment.
