摘　　要：产学研协同创新强调异质性组织的合作和知识的非线性生产,异质性的知识组织特征可以促使知识跨越产学研组织边界在各创新主体之间不断地循环流动,而"知识的非线性生产"客观上也必然要求在产学研各主体之间形成动态复杂的协同关系。因此,选取跨组织知识流动作为切入点,在此视角下,详细论述产学研协同创新关系的形成与发展过程,提出协同关系的形成过程可以分为主体协同关系的构建和知识协同关系的动态发展两个相互嵌接、由表及里的阶段,剖析各阶段运行的内在机理,以期丰富和发展产学研协同创新理论。Industry-university-research institute（ IUR） synergetic innovation（ SI） emphasizes on cooperation of heterogeneity organization and nonlinear production of knowledge. The characteristics of heterogeneous organization can make knowledge across the border of IUR and constantly circulate among all innovation communities,and ＂nonlinear production of knowledge＂objectively also needs to form dynamic complex synergetic relation among different subjects of IUR. Therefore,this paper discusses the forming process of synergetic relation for IUR-SI based on knowledge flow of cross-organization,proposes that the process can be divided into two mutual imbedding,surface-to-inside stages including the construction of subjects synergetic relation and the dynamic development of knowledge synergetic relation, and analyzes internal operation mechanism of each stage,aiming at enriching and developing IUR-SI theory.
