摘　　要：核心价值观体现了一个国家、一个民族的国家特性和精神追求。马克斯·韦伯和塞缪尔·亨廷顿都认为"新教伦理与资本主义精神"体现了美国人以自由主义为核心的民族精神和个人主义的国家特性。社会主义核心价值观集中体现了中国人以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和集体主义的国家特性。Core value reflects the national characteristics and spiritual pursuit of a country.Max Weber and Samuel Huntington both believed that ＂the protestant ethic and the spirit of capitalism＂ embodies the American liberalism as the core of the national spirit and national characteristics of individualism.Core Socialist Value embodies a concentrated reflection of the Chinese people with patriotism as the core national spirit and national characteristics of collectivism.
