高职商务英语专业人才培养策略建构——基于“行企”人才需求的视角

摘　　要：以广东地区101家用人单位为调查对象,进行了商务英语专业人才需求调研与分析。通过对调查结果进行分析发现,学校培养过程与用人单位对商务英语毕业生工作岗位需求和商务知识的需求存在些许差异。研究调研结果对于改善现有商务英语专业人才培养模式具有一定启示,包括加强校企合作机制建设,达成人才培养与市场需求对接;广泛开展实践实训,训练学生职业技能等。This study has carried on the talents demand research and analysis of the major of business English , conducting the respondents of 101 employing unit in Guangdong area .We found that there are some differences between the cultivation in school and the needs for the knowledge in the enterprises .There are some enlightenments for us to improve the training mode of business English, enhance the cooperation between the university training and the enterprise for students ’ professional skills training .Corre-sponding enlightenments can provide suggestions to cultivate qualified business English talents .
