摘  要:统计了国内育成的581个甘薯品种的亲本信息和主要性状,构建了品种遗传系谱图,分析了育成品种的特征特性。结果表明,国内甘薯品种近亲繁殖系数高,遗传背景分布狭窄,集中分布在A、B、C 3个杂交不亲和群体;甘薯育种目标由早年的高产转变为优质专用高产高抗,育成品种类型比早年更为丰富;新种质资源的引进和种质资源的创新丰富了甘薯育种材料,为培育甘薯新品种提供了更多选择。在此基础上,进一步讨论了我国甘薯品种选育的种质基础以及存在的主要问题,提出了解决甘薯育种遗传背景单一问题的新思路。This paper conducted a statistical analysis on the information of parents and main genetic characters of more than 600 varieties of sweet potatoes, which had been cultivated and promoted in current China. The genetic family tree was constructed, and genetic characteristics of these varieties had been analyzed. It was concluded that the inbreeding coefficient was high, and the distribution of genetic groups was narrow, which were concentrated in A, B, C genetic groups. A tendency of diversified development was an obvious shift in sweet potato breeding targets during last three decades. All cultivated sweet potato varieties presented their specific application features. The introduction and innovation of new breeding materials made sweet potato breeding materials abundant and provided more choices for breeding new varieties. Finally, this paper analyzed the prospect of applying modem breeding techniques in sweet potato breeding, which could provide some reference for researchers in this study field.
