伏立康唑联合康艾注射液治疗肺癌合并肺部真菌感染的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察伏立康唑联合康艾注射液治疗肺癌合并肺部真菌感染的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2012年2月～2014年2月152例肺癌合并肺部真菌感染患者的临床资料，按照原治疗方式分为治疗组88例和对照组64例，治疗组使用伏立康唑联合康艾注射液治疗，对照组单独使用伏立康唑治疗，对比两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、生活质量和不良反应。结果治疗组患者体温恢复时问为（3．7±1．6）天，白细胞恢复时间为（7．5±3．O）天，住院时间为（15．5±3．3）天；而对照组体温恢复时间为（5．7±2．4）天，白细胞恢复时间为（8．0士2．9）天，住院时间为（19．6±4．3）天，两组间差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。治疗组与对照组在生活质量KSP评分方面相比，生活质量改善率分别为50．0％和31.3％，组间差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。在临床总有效率方面，治疗组与对照组分别为59．1％和37．5％，组间差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论伏立康唑合并康艾注射液治疗肺癌合并肺部真菌感染在临床疗效、生存质量改善和机体功能恢复等方面均优于单独使用伏立康唑，具有更高地临床应用价值，值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of Voriconazole Kangai injection on treatment of lung cancer patients with pulmonary fungal infection. Methods 152 patients of lung cancer complicated with pulmonary fungal infection were divided into treatment group （88 cases） and control group （64 cases）. The treatment group was treated with voriconazole and Kangai injection. The control group was treated with voriconazole alone. The clinical efficacy, quality of life and ad- verse reaction were observed. Results After different treatment, of the treatment group, the body temperature recovery time was（3.7±1.6）days, the white blood cell recovery time was（7.5±3.0）days, the hospitalization time was（15.6± 3.3） days. Of the control group, the body temperature recovery time was（5.7±2.4）days, the white blood cell recovery time was（8.0±2.9）days, hospitalization time was（19.6±4.3）days. The above indexes of the two groups were statisti- cally different （P〈0.05）. The improvement rate of life quality of treatment group （50.0%） was higher than that of the control group （31.3%） （P〈0.05）. The total clinical efficiency of the treatment group and the control group were 59. 1% and 37.5% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with voriconazole along, Vorieonazole tablets with Kangai injec- tion shows advantages on clinical efficacy, quality of life recovery and body function recovery.
