摘　　要：《管理系统模拟》教学中,学生难以将管理系统模拟的理论、方法和软件结合起来解决具体管理问题。针对这些问题,从教学内容组织与选择和课堂教学模式2个方面对《管理系统模拟》课程教学模式的改革进行了较为深入的分析和探讨,提出了问题驱动教学模式下《管理系统模拟》教学内容选择与组织的基本范式(按照"问题类型识别与选择——系统分析与建模——模拟结果分析与评价"这一内在逻辑进行)和课堂教学的主要路径(将课堂教学分为情景教学、专题报告和案例分析3部分,实施问题驱动式教学),为《管理系统模拟》教学改革提供了新的借鉴。Students usually are hard to address specific economic and management issues and solve them with the theories,methods and simulation tools after learning the course of 《management system simulation》.The teaching reform of the course 《management system simulation》is analyzed and studied from two aspects of the organization and selection of teaching content and classroom teaching.Subsequently,the basic paradigm of problem-driven teaching method for teaching content selection and organization is proposed according to an internal logic 'identification and selection of problems——ystem analysis and modeling——simulation results analysis and evaluation.In addition,the main route of classroom teaching is implemented based on the problem-driven teaching process of teaching scenarios,presentations and case studies.
