摘 要:【目的】分析常压等离子处理工艺对脲醛树脂、异氰酸酯树脂和酚醛树脂3种常用胶黏剂在麦秸表面润湿性的影响,为推动常压等离子体处理在秸秆人造板工业中的应用奠定理论基础。【方法】采用单因素试验法,以接触角和K值为表征手段,通过控制常压等离子体处理的工艺参数(放电电压、电极间距和处理时间),分析不同处理工艺条件对脲醛树脂、异氰酸酯树脂和酚醛树脂在麦秸内外表面润湿性的影响。【结果】经常压等离子体处理后,3种胶黏剂在麦秸内外表面的初始接触角和平衡接触角均有所减小,K值均有所增大,润湿性得到改善,麦秸外表面的初始接触角下降了31%-33%,平衡接触角下降了31%-63%;内表面的初始接触角下降了15%-32%,平衡接触角下降了16%-68%。在一定范围内,随着常压等离子体处理工艺参数放电电压的增大、电极间距的减小和处理时间的延长,接触角呈先减小后增大的趋势,K值则呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,且常压等离子体处理对脲醛树脂和异氰酸酯树脂在麦秸表面的润湿性改善效果优于酚醛树脂。【结论】常压等离子体处理对3种胶黏剂在麦秸表面的润湿性有明显改善。【Objective】This study analyzed the influence of atmospheric pressure plasma treatment conditions on the surface wettability of wheat straw with urea-formaldehyde,methylene diphenyl diisocyanate and phenol-formaldehyde resins to provide theoretical foundation for atmospheric pressure plasma processing application in industry of straw based panel.【Method】Using the single factor experiment method,the surface wettability of wheat straw with three kinds of adhesives was evaluated by measuring the contact angles and K values through controlling the processing parameters of atmospheric pressure plasma treatment(discharge voltage,electrode space and treatment time).【Result】Lower instantaneous and equilibrium contact angle values and higher K values of three different adhesives on the wheat straw surface were achieved after being treated by atmospheric pressure plasma,indicating that the wettability of wheat straw was improved.On the exterior surface,the instantaneous contact angle decreased by 31%-33% and equi-librium contact angle decreased by 31%-63%.On the interior surface,the instantaneous contact angle decreased by 15%-32% and equilibrium contact angle decreased by 16%-68%.In a certain range,with the increase of discharge voltage,the decrease of the electrode space and the extension of treatment time,contact angle firstly decreased and then increased,while K value appeared the opposite trend.The effects of urea-formaldehyde and methylene diphenyl diisocyanate resins on improving the wettability of the surface of wheat straw were better than phenol-formaldehyde resin after being treated by atmospheric pressure plasma.【Conclusion】The surface wettability of wheat straw with three kinds of adhesives was improved significantly by atmospheric pressure plasma treatment.
