摘  要:为了给具有复杂结构和高拆卸成本的系统提供维护方案,引入拆卸作业对维护的影响,提出基于时间阈值的可拆卸多部件系统机会维护策略。在运用N叉树形结构和拆卸序列规划表达拆卸结构的基础上,构建考虑随机故障与机会维护时机的多部件机会维护模型,并通过最小化规划工作时间内的系统维护总成本获得优化的机会维护时间阈值。基于Monte Carlo仿真的算例分析表明,该策略具有可行性。To effecively support the maintenance decision for the system with complicated structure and high disassembly cost,an opportunistic maintenance policy based on time threshold was proposed for multi-component system by considering the influence of disassembly on system maintenance.On the basis of N-ary tree and disassembly sequence planning,a multi-component system maintenance model which involved both stochastic failures and maintenance opportunities was constructed.The optimal maintenance time threshold was obtained based on Monte Carlo simulation by minimizing the total maintenance cost of system within the given mission interval.The analysis of example showed the effectiveness of proposed method.
