全腹腔镜胆囊癌根治术:初步经验与思考

摘　　要：目的初步探讨全腹腔镜胆囊癌根治术的手术要点及可行性。方法分析南昌大学第二附属医院1例腹腔镜胆囊癌根治术患者的临床资料、手术要点及术后预后情况。结果手术过程顺利,肿瘤完整切除,十二指肠韧带骨骼化淋巴清扫,术中出血<200 ml,无手术并发症,术后第4天出院,随访3个月肿瘤无种植、转移。结论针对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期胆囊癌,采用全腹腔镜下胆囊癌根治术是可行的。Objective To explore the operation point and feasibility of total laparoscopic radical resection of gallbladder cancer. Methods The clinical feature,operation point,postoperative recovery and follow-up results of one patient undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of gallbladder carcinoma was analyzed. Results Surgical procedure was successful,The tumor was completely resected. The thelymph of duodenal ligament was all cleaned. The intraoperative bleeding was less than 200 ml,no complications happened and the patient was discharged four days after surgical. There was no port-site and metastases with3 months follow-up. Conclusion For stageⅠ、Ⅱgallbladder cancer,the total laparoscopic radical resection of gallbladder cancer is feasible and effective.
