摘 要:目的:探讨基于PBL理论教学对提高临床护理学生学习成绩及学习效果的作用。方法:2013年6月至2014年5月将30名在本院校临床护理的学生设为对照组,采用传统带教法进行教学,2014年6月至2015年6月将30名临床护理的学生设为观察组,运用以PBL理论实施教学。观察两组学生期末理论成绩、技能考核、综合能力的成绩。结果:观察组理论成绩、技能考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL理论模式能有效提高临床护理专业学生学习兴趣及积极性,从而提高学生理论成绩及技能考核成绩,有助于提高学生能力。Objective: To investigate the role of PBL-based teaching in improving the academic performance and learning effect of clinical nursing students. Methods: Traditional teaching methods were used for the control group consisting of 30 clinical nursing students in our university from June 2013 to May 2014, while PBL-based teaching approach was used for the observation group consisting of 30 clinical nursing students in our university from June 2014 to June 2015. And the theoretical performance of final examination, skills evaluation and comprehensive ability of the two groups were observed. Result: The theoretical performance and skills assessment scores of the observation group are higher than those of the control group, and the difference is statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion: PBL theoretical model can effectively improve clinical nursing students' learning interest and motivation, thus improving students' theoretical performance and skills evaluation, which is conducive to the improvement of students' ability.
