摘　　要："新药研究与开发"是高等药学教育的主干课程,是药剂学专业硕士研究生的学位基础课程,着重论述新药研发中的设计方法及实际科学研究的应用,是一门极具创新性的学科。为促进研究生的课堂教学改革,在Seminar教学法指导下,为"新药研究与开发"课程课堂教学模式进行探索改革,充分调动学生自学的积极性,促进教学相长,从而提高课程教学的水平和质量,达到培养创新药学人才的教育目的。＂Research and Development of New Drugs＂ is the main course of higher pharmacy education and professional pharmacy graduate degree courses, focuses on the application of new drug R D design method and actual scientific research, is a very innovative subject. In order to promote the reform of the classroom teaching reform, we explore the reform of the teaching mode of new drug research and development, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students to study independently, to realize the mutual promotion between teaching and learning, to improve the teaching level and quality of the new drug research and development, and to achieve the purpose of cultivating innovative pharmaceutical talents.
