摘　　要：国务院近期提出"引导一批普通本科高等学校向应用技术类型高等学校转型,重点举办本科职业教育"。职业教育是与职业关系密切的教育。转型发展的高校主要是指1999年以后升本的地方普通高等学校。转型的原因主要有我国经济社会发展对高级应用技术型人才的需求、普通本科高校毕业生就业困难和职业教育级别上移的国际趋势。The State Council put forward ＂leading the transformation of key ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities to application-oriented colleges and universities, and focusing on establishing undergraduate professional education＂. Vocational education is closely associated with vocation. The colleges and universities of the transformation and development mainly refer to the ordinary institutions of higher learning upgraded after 1999.The causes of the transformation are mainly the demand of China＇s economic and social development for top talents with application technology, the difficult employment of graduates from ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities, and the international trend of the rising level of vocational education.
