摘　　要：高校辅导员是学生思想政治教育和日常管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。建立一支稳定的辅导员队伍,有利于抢占大学生思想政治教育阵地。对辅导员职业倦怠进行研究,是辅导员队伍职业化和专业化建设的突破口。文章分析了辅导员群体职业倦怠的表现及原因,在此基础上,对如何缓解及消除高校辅导员职业倦怠提出自己的见解。College counselors are the organizers, implementers and guides of the ideological and political education and routine management of students. To construct a stable counselor team can help grasp the position of ideological and political education for college students. To research counselors＇ job burnout is the breakthrough of the occupational and professional construction of the counselor team. Based on an analysis of the manifestations and causes of counselors＇ job burnout, we propose some personal views on how to relief and eliminate college counselors＇ job burnout.
