摘　　要：婚姻从经济学的角度来说指的是一种契约,因为它是两个符合法定条件的成年人自愿达成的合作协议。本文从经济学角度,引入不完备法律理论分析了婚姻家庭法,为分析婚姻家庭法律体系的设计和发展提供了一种新的视角。Marriage, from the perspective of economics, refers to a kind of contract, because it is a voluntary cooperation agreement reached by two adults who meet the relevant statutory requirements. This paper, from an economic point of view, introduces the theory of incomplete law to analyze marriage and family law, having provided a new perspective for marriage and family law system design and development.
