进展性缺血性脑卒中的相关危险因素评析

摘　　要：目的探讨进展性缺血性脑卒中的相关危险因素。方法选择2013年6月至2014年6月间本院收治的30例进展性缺血性脑卒中住院患者为研究对象,并设为观察组,选取同期收治的30例非进展性缺血性脑卒中住院患者为观察对象,设为对照组。对两组患者血糖,血压,同型半胱氨酸进行测定,同时进行颈动脉彩超检查,比较两组数据。结果两组患者在高血糖、同型半胱氨酸及降压后的病情进展方面存在显著差异(P<0.05),但两组患者的高血压不存在显著差异(P>0.05);两组患者的颈动脉粥样硬化斑块性质也存在显著差异(P<0.05);同时,两组患者的颈动脉狭窄程度也存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论影响进展性缺血性脑卒中的危险因素是高血糖,不合理的降压状况,高同型半胱氨酸,颈动脉出现不稳定的斑块以及中、重度的颈动脉狭窄,这对降低患者的病死率和致残率至关重要。Objective To investigate progressive ischemic stroke associated risk factors. Methods To choose from June 2013 to June 2014 progress in our hospital 30 cases of hospitalized patients with ischemic stroke as the research object, and set the observation group, selected earlier admitted 30 cases of nonprogressive ischemic stroke inpatients as the observed object, set the control group. Two groups of patients on blood glucose, blood pressure, homocysteine were measured simultaneously carotid ultrasonography, compare two sets of data. Results The two groups of patients with the disease in the progress of hyperglycemia, homocysteine and blood pressure after a significant difference（P 〈0.05）, but the two groups of patients with hypertension there is no significant difference（P〉 0.05）; two groups of patients carotid atherosclerotic plaque there are also significant differences（P〈 0.05）; at the same time,the degree of carotid stenosis patients were also significantly different（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Affect the progress of a risk factor for ischemic stroke are high blood sugar, unreasonable step-down, homocysteine, appear unstable plaque and carotid arteries and severe carotid stenosis, it is very important to reduce the mortality and morbidity in patients.
