摘  要:印刷电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)作为现代电子产品最重要的组成部分,是众多元器件发挥其功能的舞台,而电路板上焊孔的好坏直接影响了元器件的焊接,进而影响其功能的发挥,因此PCB焊孔缺陷的检测具有重要的现实意义。该文简要介绍了Hough变换算法应用在圆孔检测方面的研究现状,在MATLAB环境下研究分析了PCB板图像预处理、边缘提取等处理工程,通过对比经典Hough变换和随机Hough变换两种算法,对PCB板上焊孔进行仿真检测。给出检测结果,分析对比算法性能,根据实践应用确定较为合适的检测算法。As the most important part of modern electronic products,printed circuit board( PCB) is a stage where many components play its function. The welding hole of PCB is good or bad,which directly influences the components of the welding,and affects the full play role of the components function,so the detection of the PCB hole defaults are a great hot problem. The paper was based on modern digital image processing technology,have briefly introduced the Hough algorithm in detection technology of the holes.Studied with the PCB image preprocessing and edge extraction in the MATLAB environment. Did the test for PCB welding hole by the algorithm of specific,and focused on analyzing the two algorithms of traditional Hough transform and randomized Hough transform,and given a comparison of the test results,chose the most suitable detection algorithm according to actual application.
