蚕卵油的理化指标及脂肪酸组成分析

摘  要:以桑蚕卵为原料,采用石油醚索氏提取法得到蚕卵油,对其理化指标及脂肪酸组成进行了测定,并与其他油脂进行了比较。结果表明:采用石油醚索氏提取法可获得20%左右的蚕卵油,其理化指标均在行业标准(NY/T 751—2003)对食用油理化指标要求的范围之内;GC-MS分析可知蚕卵油中不饱和脂肪酸含量为70.18%,其中α-亚麻酸含量达29.17%,在多种富含多不饱和脂肪酸的油脂中为最高。蚕卵油作为一种富含多不饱和脂肪酸的油脂,具有潜在的开发利用价值。The oil was extracted from silkworm eggs by Soxhlet extraction method with petroleum ether as extractant, and its physicochemical indexes and fatty acid composition were determined and compared with other oils. The results showed that the yield of silkworm eggs oil could reach about 20% by Soxhlet extraction method with petroleum ether as extractant; and the physicochemical indexes of silkworm eggs oil were all in the range of the industry standard (NY/T 751-2003 ) requirement for edible oil; GC - MS analysis results indicated that the content of unsaturated fatty acids in silkworm eggs oil was 70.18%, and the content of α - linolenic acid reached 29.17% ,which was the highest among a variety of oil rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. As a kind of oil rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, silkworm eggs oil had potential value in exploitation and utilization.
