摘　　要：对特种冷水鱼虹鳟人工养殖历史、市场需求、生活习性、人工养殖技术进行研究,通过开展养殖试验,总结了虹鳟养殖技术,并提出产业发展建议,以期为虹鳟养殖户提供技术指导和参考。The breeding history,market demand,living habits,artificial breeding technology of special cold water fish rainbow trout were researched. Breeding experiments were carried out, and breeding technology of rainbow trout was summarized, then some suggestions of industrial development were put forward, in order to provide technical guidance and reference for farming households of rainbow trout.
