摘 要:联苯菊酯属拟除虫菊酯类农药,在农业中主要用做作物和果树的杀虫剂,以环境相关浓度(1,10,100ng·L-1)的联苯菊酯对褐菖鮋进行48d的水体暴露,检测其对褐菖鮋卵巢主要的脂质过氧化指标过氧化氢酶(CAT),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),丙二醛(MDA)的影响.结果显示,褐菖鮋卵巢的CAT,SOD与MDA等相关指标都出现了相应的变化.其中CAT活性呈下降趋势,且各浓度组CAT活性均较对照组出现极显著性下降(P=0.007,0.003,0.003);SOD活性变化与CAT类似,低浓度组与中浓度组SOD活性较对照组出现显著性下降(P=0.045,0.02),高浓度组SOD活性较对照组出现极显著性下降(P=0.009);MDA含量呈升高趋势,其中低浓度组变化不显著(P=0.450),中浓度组与高浓度组MDA含量均显著高于对照组(P=0.05,0.024),且这些变化与药物呈剂量-效应关系.表明:褐菖鮋在联苯菊酯暴露下其卵巢的脂质过氧化反应被诱导,这一诱导因其抗氧化防御系统的损伤引起.试验的结果说明,联苯菊酯对褐菖鮋具有较强毒性,联苯菊酯的使用对鱼类特别是近海鱼类的影响不容忽视.Bifenthrin(BF), one of pyrethroids, is used as an insecticide for crops and fruit trees. This study was designed to detect the impact of main indexes of lipid peroxidation, catalase(CAT), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) at environment-related concentration to Sebastiscus marmoratus, which were exposed through water column to environmental concentration of BF(1,10,100,ng/L) for 48 days. The result showed that changes had occurred in the relevant indexes of CAT, SOD and MDA, which reflected a drug dose-response relationship. The activities of CAT and SOD presented a decreasing trend, the activities of CAT significant decreased between the all treated groups and the control(P=0.007, 0.003, 0.003), the activities of SOD had a similar trend(P=0.045, 0.02,0.009), and the content of MDA had a trend of increase(P=0.450, 0.05, 0.024). The experimental results revealed that: when fish was exposed to bifenthrin, the lipid peroxidation of ovaries in Sebastiscus marmoratus was induced, which was created by injury of antioxidant system. This study has the practical significance for the BF has a toxic effect on Sebastiscus marmoratus and the use of bifenthrin in fish, especially offshore fish, should be attached great importance.
