摘  要:由于心理学引入,现代教学发生了巨大的变化,教学目的更明确,教学法更加多样化。互动教学就是从心理学出发,准确地观察学生心理活动,并以相应的方法去激励学生与学生互动,以达到有效沟通,使学生能有效地接受教师所讲之内容。由于职业学校的学生心理发展水平良莠不齐,一线教师必须了解学生心理活动机制,以便有效开展互动教学。Because of the introduction of psychology, modem teaching has changed greatly. The purpose of teaching is more clear, and the teaching method is more diversified. Interactive teaching is to observe the students' psychological activities exactly, starting from psychology, and to encourage the students to interact with students in corresponding methods in order to achieve the effective communication. So that the students can effectively accept the content of teachers. Due to that the vocational students' psychological development levels are different, the teachers must understand the psychological activity mechanism of students, in order to effectively carry out the interactive teaching.
