摘　　要：工作职能、外部环境和工作对象是高校共青团参与社会治理的现实依据。高校共青团参与社会治理有思想基础、组织基础和资源基础,需要突破认识不足、机制不健全、制度供给不足等障碍。要实现高校共青团参与社会治理,需要明确角色,深化高校共青团参与社会治理的认识;完善机制,构建高校共青团参与社会治理的制度体系;搭建平台,构建需求对接的区域化团建体系;整合资源,引导和规范学生青年自组织体系。The Communist Youth Leagues in Colleges take part in social governance through their work,the environment factors and work objects.They are mentally and physically ready to join the social governance,but they have to overcome many challenges,like their inadequate understanding of problems ahead,the insufficient policy support and institution。 Therefore,colleges＇ Communist Youth Leagues should have full awareness of their role in the social governance,deepen their understanding,and perfect the mechanism.Besides,they also need to establish the platform,build up local Communist Youth Leagues systems,mobilize the resources and help the students set up their own organizations.
