摘　　要：青少年社会工作是对不断出现的各种青少年社会问题的回应,也是以专业化手段协助政府管理青少年事务的治理方式。我国青少年社会工作的发展始于20世纪80年代,在30多年的发展历程中,我国青少年社会工作在学科、实务和制度建设方面形成了独特的发展路径。由于共青团组织是推动青少年社会工作发展的核心力量,使我国青少年社会工作的发展与国外相比呈现出显著的差异和本土特色。The development of youth social work is a response to a variety of youth social problems,and to helping government handle youth affairs in a professional way.The development of Chinese youth social work began in the 1980 s.In the past three decades,we have formed a unique development path in youth social work discipline,practice and institution.Since the Communist Youth League is the key strength in the development of youth social work in China,so that the subject shows significant differences and local characteristics compared with that of western countries.
