摘  要:从原污水与生物滴滤塔中驯化、筛选苯降解菌,经鉴定共有4种细菌、5种真菌、4种放线菌,其对苯的降解率较驯化前提高了20%左右。将筛选得到的苯降解菌投放到生物滴滤塔中,采用均匀设计实验考察了进口苯浓度、铁含量、温度、pH值对苯降解率的影响,结果表明,随进口苯浓度的增大、铁含量的增加、温度的升高,苯降解率均呈升高趋势,最适铁含量为14 mg·L^(-1),最适温度为34℃;pH值对苯降解率的影响不大。Benzene-degradation microorganisms including four kinds of bacteria, five kinds of fungi, four kinds of actinomycetes were domesticated,screened from raw sewage and biological filter tower,and their ben- zene-degradation rate were improved about 20% after domestication. Effects of import benzene concentration,i- ron content, temperature and pH value on benzene-degradation rate were investigated by uniform design experi- ment. Results showed that with the increasing of import benzene concentration,iron content,temperature, the benzene-degradation rate increased,and the optimal iron content was 14 mg · L ^-1 ,the optimal temperature was 34 ℃ ,and pH value had little effect on benzene-degradation rate.
