摘  要:有效性是高职院校系部学生工作考核的根本目的。要达到考核工作的有效性,制度建设是基础,执行力是关键,而执行力主要来源于人的因素。系部学生工作考核中容易出现的问题是执行人不作为,提高执行力就是要通过完善监督纠偏机制,使执行者敢作为、真作为,较真碰硬,使制度在执行中不走样,使考核不走过场,得到让大家认可的考核结果,真正调动系部学生工作的积极性。Effectiveness is the basic purpose of assessing the student work in departments of high- er vocational colleges. To achieve the goal, system construction is the foundation, and the executive force, which depends on man's initiative, is crucial. On assessing the student work of departments, the common problem is inaction of the executors. Therefore, to strengthen the executive force, it is vital to perfect the supervision mechanism, and encourage the executors to dare to act, perform real deeds and face the problems seriously, so that it can ensure the consistency of the system, guarantee the authenticity of the assessment and get right assessing results to arouse the students' work enthusiasm.
